This Automatic Rotating Mixer is controlled by advanced frequency conversion aptitude.
On the one side, which can automatic clamp and loose the paint can. On the other side, it can automatic recoginize the big or small can, to
choose the suitable clampong and rotating force.
The machine will stop when you open the door during its running to prevent the operator to be hurt.
It can rotate and revolute at the same time, and you can choose the mixing timer by pressing diferent keyboard on the front panel, which is
highly improve the mixing efficiency and accuracy.
The digital display will show the actual time set and time used, so that the operator may have exact mixing time idea for better result.
Security instruction:
Do use the machine on the condition of AC220-240v voltage and connot the AC220-240 Voltage to the earth according to the local stipulate.
(the connecting point is on the back of the machine.)
Mustn't use the machine when the back covering board is open. (this machine can be used on the AC110-120V voltage when it is special
designed).
Security use instruction:
1.Put the covering baord on the suitable and camping place to prevent the damage when you repair the machine.
2.Mustn't start the security system on the running condition, do close the door to assure safe.
3.Cut off the power when repair or inspect the machine to prevent the unexpectable running.
4. Do not miss any tools or spare parts inside the machine after miantenance.
5.Don't install the machine when there is paint can nearly to prevent some damages. Mustn't put some easy expoit or other material inside the
machine or use the easy have spark material or machine aside.
6.Take the paint can out of the machine after operation, cut off the power if long time non-use this machine.
7.Put "Mustn't Fire" symbol 5 meters around the machine.
The material of this machine is non-burn material, nustn't use this machine on the condition of easy burn or exploit gas.
After Sales Service:
The above machine which we supply it to you, we can give you one years after sales warranty, we can also send our engineer to your factory
to install this equipment and train your staff, but the Buyer should pay the round air ticket cost and arrange the hotel accommodation as well as
the means for Seller's engineer. We will send some free set of spare parts for you change it.
Payment Terms:
30% deposit by T/T before production, 70% balance should be paid by T/T before shipment, but we also accept L/C.
Package:
Packing in 1 cases, Wrap with plastic film first, then in paper and finally in wooden case.
